Refund policy
- Products are made to order, so returns/exchanges aren’t supported for wrong size/color or change of mind.
- If there’s a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if it’s reported within 30 days of product delivery.
- Photo proof is required, and the damaged product doesn’t need to be returned.
- Refunds are issued to your Printify account balance. You can withdraw the amount back to the original payment method. If your billing currency is not USD, the refund is returned directly to the original payment source.
